WHEN CAN I RETURN?

WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?

DOES THE HOMEWARE STATION OFFER REPLACEMENTS OR EXCHANGES?

Absolutely! In the case of receiving a damaged or defective item, our Customer Care Team will provide you with a return address. Kindly ensure that you include your proof of purchase when returning the purchased items.

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Upon receiving your order confirmation, please note that any changes to the order or delivery cannot be accommodated. In the event that you wish to cancel your order, kindly get in touch with our Customer Care Team, and we will strive to cancel it before dispatch.

WHAT DO TO IF MY ITEM IS DAMAGED OR I HAVE ONLY PARTIALLY RECEIVED MY ORDER?

We make it our responsibility to ensure that all items are delivered in impeccable condition. In the event that you receive incomplete or damaged items, kindly inform our Customer Care Team immediately, providing your order number and specifying the problem.
